At the Southeastern School Behavioral Health Conference, we take great pride in the rigorous and fair judging process for our poster presentations. We have assembled a distinguished panel of National Leaders and Experts in School Behavioral Health from the SSBHC who will serve as our esteemed judges.

Expertise: Our judging panel brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the evaluation of each poster presentation. Their expertise spans a wide range of topics in School Behavioral Health, ensuring that the assessments are thorough and comprehensive.

Scoring Sheets: To assess the applicability of each poster for the various awards – including Best Student-Led Poster, Best School-Led Poster, Best Overall Poster, and Best Poster Presenter(s) – our judges utilize carefully designed scoring sheets. These sheets encompass key criteria and categories specific to each award, ensuring a fair and balanced evaluation process.

Objective Evaluation: Our judges follow a systematic and objective evaluation process, examining factors such as innovation, clarity, impact, comprehensiveness, and presentation skills. This methodical approach ensures that the most deserving posters are recognized for their exceptional contributions to the field of School Behavioral and Mental Health.

Transparency: We maintain transparency throughout the judging process, ensuring that the standards for each award are clearly defined. All judges adhere to the same criteria, creating a level playing field for all poster presenters.

The judging process is not just about competition; it’s also an opportunity to celebrate excellence. Our judges are dedicated to identifying and honoring the most innovative and impactful contributions to School Behavioral and Mental Health.
